Brazilian Nutcracker Shipping Delay
Unfortunately, orders with Natalie Cressman and Ian Faquini’s Brazilian Nutcracker
will not arrive in time for Christmas.
will not arrive in time for Christmas.
Due to the new tariff policies and elimination of the de minimis exemption, our shipment was delayed in a customs back up for the last 2 months (they usually reach us from the pressing plant in two days). When they finally arrived this morning, the majority of the records were warped, cracked, and water damaged. No doubt from being tossed around a warehouse for two months waiting to clear customs. Our manufacturing partner is going to start working on replacements, and we hope to get them to you in January or February (but again it really comes down to the customs back up).
We’ll follow up at that time to make sure shipping addresses haven’t changed. We're unable to split orders with records other than Brazilian Nutcracker due to the effect the additional shipping costs would have on our nonprofits budget.

We're disappointed, Natalie and Ian are disappointed, and we know you're no doubt disappointed too, but that being said, we really appreciate you donating to help us fight cancer this holiday season, and we'll put your contribution to good use for free colon cancer screenings for the uninsured. Keep an eye out for updates, and we'll get you your thank you copy of Brazilian Nutcracker as soon as possible.
Apologies and Happy Holidays,
